Who laid the foundation of India's largest hospitality company at the age of just 18
Although seen today, it has been many years before OYO ROOMS has been successful.
Also, Ritesh Aggarwal's age has also crossed 25 . But from the beginning till end Ritesh work with passion and passion the result is today India China ,Malaysia , Nepal United Kingdom ,United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia , Japan Like cities have their company too .
And more than 500 cities of all these countries.Over 450000 OYO ROOMs available .Let's be friends now we know thatStarted by a student, this company has reached this stage today That no one wanders around to hit it.
This story begins on 16 November 1993 When Ritesh Agarwal was born in Rayagada a small village in Odisha After completing his studies up to class 12 in the district school , Scared Heart School and for the preparation of IIT Entrance Exam they went to KOTA . And after coming here, apart from studying, he also loved going to different places with friends.And while living in Kota, he wrote a book called A complete encyclopedia of top 100 engineering college's And friends at the age of 16 Tata Institute in Mumbai , TATA Institute of fundamental research and for Asian science camp they selected Ritesh Only . Or was there a stage in which students from all over Asia By talking on a special problem helping science and technology . Apart from this, ritesh was also very fond of reading about different businesses. And he used to come to different conferences in Mumbai and Delhi.
Ritesh grew up in a poor family . In the age of 18 he struggled he didn't go to the university . And he had no carrier at some points he was kicked out from his apartment . And he have only 50 RS in his bank account . And so he did .
He saw about nearby hotel was empty for lot of a time . And the owner wasn't making much money
So he went to the owner and took his biggest risk of his life . He promised the owner to make his hotel better
He changed lightbulb, he changed the beds , he add water , he putt picture frames , and click some best photographes of rooms and upload on internet
and changed the name called as OYO Hotel . All of a Sudden the hotel went from empty to full , and it worked !
At the age of 20 he raised money from investors
AT the age of 21 , He hired 50 people's .
At the age 22 , he have 500 Hotel's
At the age 24 , He raised One billion dollars
At the age 26 , Right now , he have 46000 Hotel's .
And build the second largest hotel chain in the world .
And he is not even 30 years old !
Think about it in a second !
A random kid in a poor family in poor city in India . With only Rs 50 in his bank account. Become world's youngest billioner in just 5 years .
And helped 350000 people's get jobes
This is in just luck ! , This is the definition of Hard Work , He worked at Night , he worked on weekend . He knocked on Doors he guessed people's emails . He begged to get meeting And He Got SUCCESS . Even when all the Odds . Were stacked against people that look like him
